I'm deleting my old rebuild post and putting it up in here, I didn't have much to begin with
The previous owners had dubbed her "Pretty Shitty"...I could tell why, I ended up pretty much paying for a motor and getting free logs/frame. Just about everything else was scrap.

Only took a couple hours to get it stripped down to the rotten plywood by myself

The trailer didn't have consistant support on both sides, so it was pretty obvious it wasn't sitting level once I got the new marine plywood on. That was fixed REAL quick.

The new carpet looked great, and so far the carpet wrapped around the edge still looks great after taking it out a few times. Still looking into a few corner caps in the meantime.

My oldest helped me put up the trim strip

I had to reuse the older frankenstein'd rear seats, ran out of money and time(Wife had a mandated day it had to be ready to go out on the lake

Just about got her in shape

Back deck got extended two and a half feet above each log, starboard side fit the battery and new 18 gallon gas tank almost perfectly(will have pics of that once it's out of storage)

And the oldest had a blast, last day of the year the water was warm enough for us to get in!
