When I was EPO ('81-'84) the OinC was Arthur Grist and later Colin Kennovin.

Cool, it's a small world - I served with then BMC Grist on HAMILTON when she was still in Boston.

That's what I loved about the Coast Guard. We were small enough to have known or served with a lot of the same people.

Nowadays I'm seeing fewer and fewer folks in that category. Lately the only names I recognize are those in the "TAPS" section of the Retiree Newsletter. :(

Is a "Bomb Humper" the same as the AF "BB Stacker"? Or did you load the F-4's. Loaders were Muzzle F_ ers on the Thud..
