Do I need a table? (moved from wrong section)

This is our first pontoon boat. We had a few growing up and my folks have one now. We have always had a table on them. We just sold our speed boat that did not have one and our new boat did not come with one. With the walk through set up of the 220SL it would end up in an awkward location that you would both be in the way and difficult to reach when sitting for lunch. Anybody out there managing to survive without one?
Cheers!

We were out 20+ times last year & never once set it up, even while eating. Thankfully it's removable.

My pontoon doesn't have one. On my brother's express cruiser, we always keep it stored out of sight. It always gets in the way, and we don't mind eating from our laps. Tables take up too much valuable real estate, in my opinion. Cheers!

we use ours enough to where i would always want one. ours stows away pretty well in the potty area. to me, its great for the kids as it gives them a place to put food and drink besides on the vinyl.

We enjoy having ours but I searched long and hard finding one that I liked the look of and the size of. I installed 2 base plates so as the mood or need strikes it can be moved from the current location to the stern L settee... I would have preferred a narrow oval shape but I really liked the high-end appearance of granite on this one...

We had one on our bowrider (pictured) and we use the one on our pontoon all the time. As a matter of fact we're looking to replace the little round one for a kidney shaped one if I can find one for a decent price so we'll have more table space.

We have one and use it all the time. The little kids use it the most for drinks and food while the adults just use the cup holders and the occasional card game.

Hey Jordan, that's interesting. It should have had one from my understanding. Mine was shrink wrapped without the base plate installed, so I had the ability to tell them where to put it. Even though most are in the front, I opted to put ours out of the sun, under the bimini top.

^^^Right. The dealer can hone that baby out in 2 minutes where ever you want it.

I love having a table and cannot live without it, but I also grill on the boat, make sandwiches, etc. It's a lot neater having a flat surface.

Thank you everyone. Looks like we may need to use the boat a few times and see if we need/want it.

That's interesting. I will bring that up with my dealer. Thanks for the heads up. I am finally picking the boat up at the end of this week and taking her out for my little brother's birthday. Then it can finally rest at home.

Or get 2 one in the sun and one in the shade.

Dealer said I should have a table and installed it for me up front. Looks like I'm getting one after all!
