boat value?

Hey boys, my son says he has someone interested in buying his boat but he's not sure what kind of price tag to put on the boat. I was wondering if you could give me a 'rough" idea of what he should be looking at.
Boat is a 2006 Bennington Pontoon, model: 2275 RL and has a 2006 Yamaha 115 four stroke with 261 hours on it.. The trailer is a tandem trailer made by Road Runner. Condition of the boat I would say is above average. He has always stored his boat under cover.. by that I mean he has it in a storage facility that is not completely enclosed, but does have a metal awning that completely keeps the boat out of the rain and the sun... The boat itself is in pretty good shape, no leaks in the pontoons, it has carpet that's in good shape.. only minor thing I noticed was there were a few minor cracks in one of the lounge seats. They're not ripped, just like spider cracks.. oh, and it has what I call a " sun pad ". by that I mean there's a large flat cushion at the back of the boat that people can lay on out in the sun. Bimini is in good shape... anyway, what are your thoughts and I'll pass them along to him. I'm going to check it out on NADA a little later but really wanted to get some opinions from those of you who actually "live" in the pontoon world... thank you all in advance.
