Premier pontoon fuel tsnk access

Anyone know the best way to access the fuel tank in a premier ptx tritoon? It's located in the stern of the centre toon and visible from the splash well but I have no idea how I would reach it. Need to trouble shoot a fuel guage/ fuel sender issue.
