After 2 hours and no response from my submitting the form, I started calling their Customer Service dept. I would always get a message that the next customer service rep would be with me shortly. The next message said that all customer service reps were busy. I was then given the opportunity to press 1 and leave a message. If I didn't press 1 to leave a message, I would then hear, "Thank you for calling. Good bye" and I would get disconnected. I tried calling back several times and always got the same result (no matter which option I chose from their automated phone system). So after 4 hours from submitting the first Customer Service form, I called and left a message that I wanted to be contacted within 1 hour (I don't think I'm being unreasonable since I have tried numerous attempts at contacting someone). After that 1 hour and still no phone call or email, I submitted another Customer Service form and cancelled my order.
I have now placed an order through a local dealership -- and I'm paying a little more now than I was originally. I'll have to call back tomorrow to get a tracking number once the order has been shipped from whoever they ordered the part from.
This has been a very frustrating day.
