Working on the floor
Deck clear and stripping the deck
This is where I am as of now, gotta finish stripping the deck then acid clean the tubes.,, I'm gonna give the engine a face lift, paint and new graphics while I'm waiting on the parts store to open. Gonna order all new furniture, console, and carpet.. Should look alot newer when I'm done.

Just couldn't stand to have an empty space in your new shed could you? Can't wait to see how you're going to finish this one out you always do a great job.

Haha, ya that's the plan... I've been able to at least double my money on every build I've done so far. My big tritoon is something I'm not cutting any corners on so it's an expensive build and I wanna do it without going into any debt, that's why it's taking so long. Flipping this voyager should help me make a bunch of progress on the southbay...fingers crossed!

Got some more work done over the last few days! Got about half the floor sanded and clear ready for carpet, also got the skin removed from the rails. Today I got a nice start on acid cleaning the tubes and washing other parts... Also talked to Restore Pontoon and they are working on my order, hopefully I'll get all that soon so I can get this thing going! Pics!

Looking better
It's amazing what acid will do!

Nice! I bet getting that aluminum floor clean is a tough job, but having it should be a huge selling point.
Just one boat...after another, after another

Your exactly right Ty! Sanding the floor is defiantly a job! Defiantly a leg arm and back killer!

how thick is the aluminum on the floor? and would you prefer it over a wooden floor?

It's roughly an 1/8" thick, but it's the interlocking panels.
I wouldent pay the money for aluminum myself, its nice and all but if I'm going to be putting a floor on a toon you can guarantee it'll be wood.

Did some cleaning today on some parts and also put the cushions on the bases. Decided to do some painting on the boat, the fence frame, rub rail, and a few other small parts will get a coat of a charcoal grey, should look good with the maroon skin in the fencing. Hope to get the painting done Friday so I got to get all the prep work done this week.
