Late August Early Sept is my Pepper Extravaganza. I fry these up with Olive Oil, Garlic and Fresh Basil, then freeze little containers. I will have some this weekend. UMMMMMMM. Great on Hard Italian Bread.

A friend does the bacon wrapped shrimp but also adds a slice of water chestnut. The shrimp, bacon the the crunch of the water chestnut is go good.

psh... i wanna see what people have cooked on their boats! actually getting started on designing a "swing-out" gas grill setup using the front fishing chair mount.
