I'm betting, all that will happen is that we'll have a terrific time!
UPDATE: yep, all that happened was a great time... We had 8 adults & our daughter (3) on board today, and was pulling people on tube at 22mph. Not too bad, huh?

We had a great time tubing ourselves. The U connections seemed to work fine. Although I did notice when I was in the water that the logs did have hook ups on them as well, just couldn't see them until I was eye level or below.... Anyway.... No problems, that I could see anyway. Thanks for all the help!

I took a look into the engine compartment today (not sure why I didn't before), and saw the back side where the U bolts we connected tube rope to were. Does this look sturdy enough? We didn't have any problems and I didnt see any stress cracks or bolts pulling or anything.... but like another opinion on if this is a safe place to connect Y tube rope to. Here is picture where the one on the right comes through in engine compartment:

That should be fine. I would prefer larger washers, but since it is bolted right through a doubler plate that will spread the stress over a larger area.

IMO the Turboswing is the best possible option for a toon. It gets the rope up out of the water, and since it bolts on at the engine mount, there's certainly enough structure to pull just about anything
