We have a large at the house, it's great. They have a mini it weighs about 30 lbs and the small is about 60lbs you will not find any better food. We now use a gas grill on the rail, but have been thinking about putting the mini on the boat. I guess the fear of the hot coals makes me think a little longer about that.

ya, its all inclosed inside the egg.
Seen one running a couple times...
Looks like the cool thing about it is it is very well insulated and you can actually touch the outside while its running.
Draw back is that thing is fricken expensive.
Id rather have a bigger smoker..
