OK, My boat has been in the water since August without cleaning the toons. The algea is pretty bad. My problem is that I do not have a trailer. I want to start the season with clean toons. Local place has said they will clean the toons for $10 per ft. My toon is 22 Ft so that is $220. Sounds steap for someone sitting there with a pressure washer and scrub brush. My other option is to have the marina pull the boat and sit it on the ground. I wouldn't have a pressure washer though. Any advice?
Once they are clean, should I sharkhide them? How long will that take? Sometimes I wish I had a trailer.

Not knowing exactly how bad they are, you could be looking at a good days work. With that in mind, $220 may not be that bad. Either way, Sharkhide them once they're clean. Takes about 30-40 minutes per coat, need two coats, with about 24 hours in between.

Re: Help with Toons
Is the 10 bucks a foot for the length of the boat, including both toons? If so and they do a good job, it is probably worth 220.
