tracker party deck boat

Does anyone know what is involved to remove front deck on Tracker Party Deck boat?
I want to install a trolling motor and depth finder.

Yea I'm not quite sure why you need to remove the front deck.

typically you can buy a mount that swings the trolling motor forward and down when you use it, at least thats how my mount worked...

I just removed my trolling motor off my fishinbarge. The trolling unit was designed to lay on he deck and then be lifted. The unit would align out the front gate and stand straight up with the prop in the water. To remove it was just four bolts. To mount a trolling motor on the front you only need to align the unit so the shaft/prop do not hit the deck when setting it up for use. The trolling motor was installed by the orignal dealer.
