Well, no pics. Last weekend I got some work done, but my phone died while working on stuff. Got the rear corner bench mounted and the holes cut through the fence and furniture for the fuel fill. I'm still cussing at the fuel line. That stuff is a paint to get re-installed. It is so thick and difficult to maneuver. It has to go over the transom but under the deck and then on the fitting which sits a bit lower than the top of the transom. Still don't have the fuel line put on. Didn't help that it was in the 30's while doing this, so flexibility of the hose was less than desirable.

Anyway, I did get another piece in the mail yesterday :biggrin2

been a little bit, but I got a little bit done.

- Got the rear corner seat mounted where the fuel lines run through
- New vent line ran
- Fuel line pass through boot installed
- Hole cut for fuel fill on outside of boat
- Hole cut for console wiring to come up through the deck
- Original chassis harness removed to diagram wiring in hopes to just reuse
- Carpet to teak vinyl threshold installed
- Livewell pump removed
- Captains pedestal / chair installed
- Ladder partially installed (need a couple more bolts of different lenghts)

Hoping to finally get the new fuel fill line installed tomorrow. It was impossible a couple weeks ago. The fuel fill line is thick and not flexible in 30* weather. Hopefully with some warm weather tomorrow and some lube, i'll be able to get it put on and finish mounting the fuel fill and get that part done. It has to go over the transom and drop about a 1/2" to fit on the fuel tank fitting.

Lots of shiny stuff and a rat's nest of wires. Looks rather familiar. Ain't it fun? ummm most of the time.

Shiny is fun!, wiring, not so much. I'm not a big electrical person, but I've got the dash wiring diagramed and the chassis harness diagramed. Now it'll just be figuring how to mate them up together. May not be too bad once I start on it and do one step at a time. Big picture wise though it looks like a big headache :prayer

You got the right idea with not looking too closely at the mess and just doing one system at a time. Hopefully you only end up with a couple dangling at the end, which you can usually figure out after everything else is done.
I just hand-made my first Deutsch plug today, which is a new horizon for me. Pretty cool stuff, very well sealed. I can't quite tell from your pic, but it looks like that's what might be on your harness. I can give ya a mini primer on them if it comes to that.
Enjoy. The journey is almost as fun as getting there!

Which plug is it that your talking about? I havent decided if I want to try and actually make plugs, or just crimp wires. Any info on these plugs I would be interested in :bowdown

It would be a better and cleaner hookup and allow for unhooking.

Thanks everyone for the compliments so far.
