We bought an old toon!

#1 Post by Tom Ray » Thu May 22, 2014 3:14 am

Hello Toon Boaters,

We recently bought an old Lowe 24' pontoon boat with an old Mercury 75. Enjoying it very much!

We plan to repower it with a new 60 hp and do lots of other things, but the first priority was shade.

Two big Bimini tops with a connector panel and a side shade curtain made from PVC pipes and Home Depot mesh shade cloth.

Sounds good, but I'm not sure what the NHB section is.

We're taking the boat out this evening to watch bats come out from under a nearby bridge.
