GPS / Fishfinder

#1 Post by Greg_Salyer_13 » Thu Jul 03, 2014 8:12 am

I am restoring my 24' pontoon and I want to install a new GPS/Fish Finder combo. The GPS with lake maps is the most important thing to me. I really don't fish much but it is cool to have the bottom depth and such. Any recommendations? I have looked on Amazon and it seems there are tons of models but none really stick out.

The Hummin Bird 386ci is a nice unit with a lot of features (including color) for the price. I've always found them cheapest on Ebay.

I have the Garmin 431S and I really like it. Maps with channels and shorelines showing make it great for night running.

Try the hummin bird factory outlet online. I found my combo there cheaper than I could get it locally at a "sports store".
