LOL, Jim, I hope that didn't come out wrong...
I've driven a couple of 24 ft toons with 115hp OB's on them. Both were 23" logs, 4 people on board, both topped out at about 23mph, GPS'd.

I had a 25 ft triple-log, 250hp 2-stroke on it, topped out at 43-44 mph under near perfect conditions, USUALLY ran maxed at about 40mph. It takes a lot of power and the right prop to get 40mph on a big toon, I just don't see a 115hp OB getting her up to 30mph, let alone 35.
