fish finder ?

I have old lowrance fish finder that is not workin its a X65 it powers up but only shows 0ft all the time the transducer is pluged in and looks ok , no cut wires ect . Do yoy know someone that works on them ?? thanks

Try jiggling the transducer plug where it goes into the unit. Maybe try some contact cleaner too. Cheap and easy first trouble shooting.

Transducer could still be bad, they are a common failure item.

If you can't get a new transducer I say junk it.

Yep, some transducers cost as much as the whole unit does.
