Just Wanted to say Hi

#1 Post by clrd » Sun Nov 30, 2014 9:23 am

New to this forum and just wanted to say hi. Been boating most of my life but only tooning the last few years. Wish I would have switched over long ago.

Well I would love to be on a lake , but I am not,
Live in central MN, I trailer my toon everywhere. We love
the White Fish Chain and the Gull Lake area. Wife and I have been talking
about heading up to your neck of the woods but haven't made it up there
yet.. maybe sometime in 2015.
Oh I did read about your houseboat project, pretty cool and good job.

Welcome to the group Cird... I agree with you about the joy of pontoon boats... I never owned any boats prior to buying our pontoon about 4 years ago... wish like heck i had done it 10 years sooner.....

Welcome and glad to see another new member. Also, a salute to a fellow transient boater.

So many destinations and short northern summers but worth the time spent towing to see something new.

The one thing we do love about trailering is we do get to explore many different lakes.
