What Grill

#1 Post by kine97a » Sat Sep 16, 2006 5:20 pm

We're wanting to put a grill on our pontoon next season. It's only 20', and we would probably put it on the front, outside the railing, maybe mounted on a post. Any suggestions? We thought about mounting one on the railing, but didn't know if it would be steady enough or have enough room for cooking for 6-15 people (combined boat & pontoon people). I wish we had room for a Holland Grill that we used on a pontoon we rented at Dale Hollow Lake.

I have a small propane bottle grill that is attached on a swing arm connected to the railing. It works well and the top of the cover is stainless and has a rim around it so you can fillet fish on top.

I use the Magma marine kettle grill, this thing rocks, it's a combination stove and grill. Cooks great and is easy to install (after the first time) :drink3
