Mounted the Yamaha this morning before prediced weather temperature hits in the 100 degree mark.

No value added with the Hydrofoil so it'll be removed  .

The four stroke will be a little heavier, but that is the only drawback I see. :thumbsup I like the whole Idea! and good luck

It's 70#'s heavier but I plan to move the 2 house batteries from the stern, forward to under the console.

Finally got mine out for an extended trip, the maiden voyage really....
Spent most of Teal season on it, and I have to say it worked out better than I expected!!

Loaded down with ice chests, food, beer, fishing stuff, hunting stuff, propane grill, stove and coffee pot, 15 gallons of water, 30 gallons of fuel, generator, and all the other sundry BS AND dragging my duck boat it went 20 MPH with the flags up in 1.5 feet of water!!

One day when I compile all the pictures, I'll post a "build" thread.

Looking good. Just don't wind up like this guy, he caught a wake sideways and rolled. This shot was taken where he was being pulled out.

What happens at the lake stays at the lake. Unless I have my camera handy.
