its so dead around i started a inside home project, nothing fancy, i got this place 2 years ago, did a quick clean up and panted and moved in, its a small place so you have to make ever space use full, last year i got back into amateur radio and a combined computer and radio bench,hardly a place to sit a cup

the plan is to take a 6 1/2 wall and turn it into a new 6 ft desk and storage area ( radio equipment follows me home ) i got a 6 ft x 2 laminated pine board and after 2 weeks of stain and polyurethane, my plan is to use HD track shelving, i got my mess tore apart and got the tracks up, all anchored in to the studs and then new desk top in and as i am looking over i need 2 hafe shelves and one 6 foot

here i go again, i will start in on my boat prep on the first, nothing big this year, a new water pump

I've thought about getting back into ham radio. I have a radio that sits on the desk staring back at me, but I seem to be ignoring it. I might take a hand held on board this coming season, but not sure how much that will get used, either.

i buy a lot of amateur gear but i run it on other bands, it some thing to do to pass the time, and

got it finished up and my gear sorted out, and perhaps 80 % on the shelves

o and more important it down to 15 days till launch and as far as i know its just a impeller replacement, i am planing on starting in on that later today and in this case i will pull the motor off its just 75 pounds and is a lot easier to turn the motor up side to keep the water tube from dropping on when putting the LU back on

Nice! Is that an FT-101? I always wanted one of those back in my youth.

Good luck with the impeller replacement. I had mine replaced end of last season. I need the ability to work on it myself, but that may come later. I hate paying for something I think I can do myself even though I haven't had the chance to do more than changing plugs and fuel filter.

yes its a old FT 101 FE, its one of my fav radios and the impeller replacement isnt all that bad, im stuck on a 10 lake so its a lot easier and i plan on dropping mine on the slip by the 15
