Mooring

#1 Post by Dannyboy » Tue Aug 08, 2017 9:58 am

Does anyone know of any mooring system for handicapped persons. I have a very bad back and it painful to get to the mooring ropes to latch and unlatch the clips. Is there any sort of pole system that can do the reaching for me.
Thank you in advance for any replies,

Can you post some pictures of what your dealing with, might be someone can come up with a suitable solution. My not help in your case but at my dock I have thru trial and error set the length of my mooring lines and cut them to length and added carabiner clip like the ones the attached picture to each end. That way I can unclip the rope from either end easily.
