Hard cabin with A/C, heat, shower, stove, microwave plus bow and stern sleeping areas isn't exactly roughing it

Looneytoons, that is a nice a camping enclosure! I hope we end up using the toon enough to justify something like that. Lots of nice setups, guys. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and pictures.

fredeboy, can we get pictures of that? Seems to be the sort of thing I'd be looking for.
How bad are the mosquitoes out on the lake at night? My favorite coves are surrounded by woods and I'd hate to get eaten alive if they travel far over water. KWIM?

I've found mosquitoes stay near shore but we are coastal/bay here. Don't know about lakes..never had any bugs anchored out at night other than harmless mayflies and that's only a couple of days per year.

Some kids mysteriously

abandoned their van close to my house back in the 70s. Made good use of it.
Now where did I leave that chain saw?

That one is mine. I worked for it and it brings back fond memories. You can have the scooby doo van.
Please tell me someone has seen the original "Texas chain saw massacre".
