Helloo everybody. Several people have told me that this is the place where the cool kids hang out.
So, I'm slightly inebriated and somewhat bored 'next door'. I figured it was time to see what the other side lived like?
Hmmmm, I seem to have lost a couple letters from my name.
I recognize a fair few names (oldepharte, WaltF, Limulus, BassFrequency, Bigdog, Firelight, Beamer, WoodenPontoon and a few more I'm sure ....) Hi guyz.
Looking forward to meeting the rest of you.

For those of you that don't know me, I'm a band guy, fairly sarcastic, always fun-lovin, mostly harmless, techno-geek. I live about a block from the Canadian border. The lake is just starting to warm.

Here's the boat:
Homebuilt from the logs up. Continuous modifications (including some inventions). Waterglide. Top speed-30 mph. Not bad for a 'houseboat'.

Presently at LOTO enjoying the warm weather. Have to sit outside, seems the 18 year old heat pump has finally bit the dust. Inside is too frickin warm!

Jim454. Thanks for the interest. Once I get settled in here, I think I might post up the whole build. It was interesting to say the least. Don't try this at home kids, unless you like BandAids.
