Thanks guys! It's not so much to cook while driving, but we frequently have 2-4 year old kids on board. I figured any kids would have to climb across whoever is cooking before they have a chance to get burned

I'm no welder and I'm not that creative, so I'm one of the insane ones that just dropped $200+ on a grill.

I ordered the Magma Kettle from ebay (Wholesale Marine) and the Magma rail mount from Amazon both on Wednesday. Unbelievably, I got both in today.

Looks like I will be grilling out on the lake this weekend!

I've already learned a good tip from only using the grill a few times. If it's just you and a few buddies, go ahead and make those 1/2 LB jalapeno, bleu cheese, bacon, bbq sauce burgers. If you're tied up to a few other boats, hot dogs & brats only!!! Where I can cook about 6 or 8 burgers, I can have nearly 30 hot dogs

Nice Russ. After seeing that I thought, wow I could of had a V-8 Instead I dropped 2 bills on a flying saucer. It is a great BBQ and being wind proof w/ an auto lighter is nice compared to the one we used to have. I think the 2 most important tools in a home shop is a air compressor and a welder. I'm no master welder, but I've been able to build some pretty cool things with a good wire feed. If any Harley guy's out there would like to see the concealed den style stereo box I built for my Road King 10 years ago, send me a PM and I'll send pic's. I love to watch people's face's when I'm stopped somewhere and fold now the licence plate and load CD's. Never thought I'd care about music on a scoot, until I road a Ultra on a 1,500 mile trip. I've gotta say, satellite radio is one of the best additions to our toon. I use a FM mod. unit I share with my pickup. Sorry for being off topic, it's been a long Saturday.
